An ayurvedic life is the best cure, There is a way to perform daily activities in our day-to-day life.

Since we wake up to we go to bed at the night, there is a way to everything.

Start your day in the early morning, try meditations and deep breathing, it will not just improve your lungs function but also enhance your immunity, and keep your body healthy.

then, do some sun salutation, it has total 12 asanas, these asans will give your body a good stretch and improves posture.



This is ideally a healthy start of your day. Secondly, now the diet.

it is very important to have your meals on the right time. the ideal time to have breakfast is 7 to 10, and lunchtime is 12 to 2, and the dinner should be latest by 9.

Try to have more green veggies in your lunch, we should always eat plant-based food not any processed food.


Always try to have your meals in some portions, just like heavy breakfast, normal lunch and light dinner, with this also remember that cereals takes longer time to digest whereas fruits and vegetables digest easily and early.


Perhaps in summers its good to have some kind of detoxification, detox your body atleast once in the week.


For a healthy life, it is very important to be mently healthy. Focus on your mental health.

Engage yourself in some creative activities for positive energies.


In 24 hours, take a time out at least for one hour for yourself, grab a hobby and pursue it with a positive vibes.


After early dinner, have a walk, there should be gap of at least three hours from dinner to sleep.


Finish your day with few words of gratitude, be thankful to everything you have.
